SCCAP's STAFF & BOARD OF DIRECTORS   OUR EXPERT STAFF Our staff consists of over 110 employees. The agency is lead by an Administration Department with each program under the direction of a Program Director/Program Coordinator who supervises a capable staff in meeting the needs of those that they serve. The Administration Department includes: Megan L. Shreve, Executive Director, Cheryl Froelicher, Fiscal Manager, Cherry Arvin, Planner, and support staff.   SCCAP BOARD OF DIRECTORS South Central Community Action Programs, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors who are responsible for leading the agency in its mission. The Board of Director Officers are: William G.
