The Adams County Career Aid Project (ACCAP) is a grant fund set up since 1980 to assist low-income local youth and adults with their post-high school education and training. It is our hope that in some way we can support continued learning, career development, and personal success with the financial aid we are able to provide. ACCAP grants are modest, usually used to cover books, fees, etc., and we encourage all applicants to identify and pursue other resources as well. Occasionally, we have been able to direct people towards other funds, and may be able to assist you in that process.
All Adams County residents that meet the income guidelines are eligible to apply to the MLK Career Aid program.
All eligible applications are reviewed by the Martin Luther King Jr. Committee and recipients are notified of their award within 30 days of receipt of a completed application packet.
Please call 717-334-7634 x 147 or email email@example.com with any questions about the program, or to check on status of a submitted application.
