Adams and Franklin County Circles of Support - This program
assist families in moving from poverty to self-sufficiency. The mission of
the Circles Campaign is to transform communities by building relationships that
inspire and equip people to end poverty. The vision of Circles is that
everyone in America has enough meaning, relationships and resources in his/her
life to thrive. A Circle is comprised of a family working to get out of
poverty and two to four community allies, people who are willing to befriend the
family and work together to identify what it takes to move out of
poverty.
