| The Weatherization Programs' mission is to help low income households reduce heating and energy costs by improving the energy efficiency of their homes and helping to improve their energy related health and safety conditions. Eligible clients receive certain cost-effective measures, free of charge, that can include: insulation, air sealing, hot water conservation measures, heating system improvements and more. The program is available to both homeowners and tenants. Priority is given to elderly and disabled households.
