SCCAP Programs Are Open!

SCCAP is a private non-profit organization, while we are impacted by the Federal Government Shutdown, we are open and serving clients. The Federal Government Shutdown and the State Budget Impasse stop critical funds from getting to SCCAP, but we are working hard to keep all programs open and serving clients!

Thank you for your support as we work to keep program open!

Our Impact

Learn More

SCCAP works to make changes on two levels.  First, we help families create a new future story and provide appropriate support to help them reach their goals.  Second, but equally important, we work together with our partners and families to be a catalyst for system and community change ensuring all families can thrive.

60

years serving our communities

SCCAP started in 1965 as part of the war on poverty.  Over the years we have worked hard to meet the changing needs of our community.  As the needs in our counties change, SCCAP evolves to meet them.

25+

programs and initiatives

SCCAP administers more than 25 programs and initiatives primarily across Adams and Franklin County. These programs work together to achieve results.

17,000+

Individuals impacted

SCCAP touches the lives of more than 17,000 Individuals annually.  We support the social infrastructure so that low wage earners and seniors on a fixed income can thrive.
