Fund Development Position

SCCAP’s is looking to hire a creative, talented, strategic individual for our New Fund Development position. This position will be responsible for the creation, implementation and success of an annual fund development plan for the agency. The successful candidate must have experience in Fund Development and be able to cultivate and support donor relationships, grow an annual fund, utilize direct mail and social media, and support the philanthropic side of events. This individual will be charged with helping SCCAP develop a culture of philanthropy.

This position is between 30 and 40 hours per week dependent on the interests of the candidate. Salary based on qualifications and experience. Benefits: Health Insurance, Life and Disability Insurance, 401K contributions, 17 days of Paid Time Off and 13 Holidays.

Franklin Together Reentry Coalition Coordinator

South Central Community Action Programs (SCCAP) is looking to hire a creative, big picture and detail oriented new team member to join our organization in our Franklin County office. SCCAP, in partnership with Franklin County Government and a multitude of our community partners, is working to improve the opportunities for individual’s transition from the correction system into the wider community. This part-time position will coordinate the Re-entry Coalition, an active and engaged community coalition, and to expand the reach and opportunity of this important work.

We anticipate this position to be 25 - 30 hours per week, pay rate of $15.00 per hour. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen our community and assist local individuals in having a fresh start to a successful future.

Adams County Emergency Family Shelter

3rd Shift Client Services Staff Position

3rd shift is Midnight to 8:00am. This position would be responsible for ensuring client’s needs are met and that the shelter is safe and orderly. All staff are expected to create a positive atmosphere, encouraging clients to meet goals and obtain safe and affordable housing. Full time 40 hours per week, $12.00 per hour plus benefits.

 On Call Shelter Position

This position will cover shifts as needed. Perfect for someone who is retired or is only interested in part time work. $11.00 per hour average of 40 – 50 hours per month.

Early Learning Help Desk Position

Full or possibly part time position available in SCCAP’s Early Learning Help Desk. The Help Desk Representative will handle calls and emails for Pennsylvania child care provider system users, providing accurate information and timely resolution to user questions.
